Every ticket grants full access to all 6 experience zones at The InfinityZ. The self-guided exploration typically takes between 60 to 90 minutes.
To ensure maximum immersion and avoid overcrowding, guests book tickets in specific 30-minute arrival windows. Please arrive within your selected timeslot.
Absolutely! Photography and videography are highly encouraged. However, flash photography is strictly prohibited as it disrupts the light projections for other guests.
Tickets are valid only for the selected date and timeslot. Re-scheduling is allowed up to 24 hours in advance, subject to availability. Children under 3 enter free.
