1. Tickets & pricing

A ticket is valid only for the date and time slot selected. Please arrive within your slot; late arrivals may be admitted subject to availability.

2. Payments

3. Entry & conduct

Present your QR pass (digital or printed) at entry.
Right of admission reserved. We may refuse or remove anyone behaving unsafely or damaging installations.
Follow staff instructions and posted safety guidance at all times.

4. Photography

Personal photography/videography is welcome. Flash and professional/commercial shoots require prior permission. We may capture photos/video on-site for promotional use; tell staff if you prefer not to be filmed.

5. Prohibited items

6. Liability
